With over 30 years of practical experience in the building industry, our proprietor, Adrian Gibbs, founded this company to deliver a higher standard of construction services built on honesty, expertise, and accountability. After decades of working across a wide range of residential and commercial projects, he saw how easily builds could go off track – from avoidable on-site errors to poor planning and a lack of clear oversight. It became clear that clients needed a construction partner who could provide reliability, transparency, and consistent control.

I recent years, CM3 has expanded its support to three core groups who depend on accurate cost planning and structured project management: architects, developers, and self-builders. We collaborate with architects to ensure designs are commercially aligned from the outset, assisting them in meeting client expectations without unexpected costs.
