Our Role

Lead Project Management overseeing Construction activities and supporting the Developers Site Manager Liaising with Funders , Monitoring Surveyors , Building Control and Warranty providers on behalf of the Developer

The Outcome

Initial time restraints were challenged due to Archaeological work and HP Gas diversions. Construction Cost £10.5m and delivered within 18 months
